Interview calibration
Help a hiring team recognise the evidence it actually needs.
The working approach.
Interviewers often agree on a job description but disagree on what a strong answer looks like. A calibration discussion makes that difference visible before it affects candidates.
We work from responsibilities, write questions around relevant situations and discuss what each question can establish. Interviewers practise listening for the candidate’s own decisions and contribution.
A shared debrief records evidence and outstanding questions separately. The aim is not identical opinions; it is a hiring discussion in which differences can be explained.

A useful brief identifies the decision, the evidence needed to make it and the conditions that must fit. Our role is to keep those questions connected throughout the conversation.
